HABAKKUK, 2:2SALVATIONMatthew 28:19 Jesus speaking "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations and Mark 16:15 " Go into all the world and preach the Good News to every Creature" therefore we are becoming a church where every member is aware of his/her responsibility to winning the lost of our generation. Making this commission known will be a primary responsibility of Faith World Christian Center. We want to teach and make every believer a soul winner through personal witnessing and street evangelism in order to reach our community and our city with the Good News.PRAYERTo build and become a church where the prayers of God's people begin to release the power of God in our lives, family, community and surrounding cities. Where prayer is taught and practiced and relied on as a vital necessity. Where it is not viewed as just something we do, but the means whereby things get done. 1 Thessalonians 5:17 says "Pray with ceasing", Ephesians 6:18 says "Keep on praying." I think that sums it up. We want to also establish Ministry Intercessors and weekly prayer meetings.PRAISE & WORSHIPTo build a church where the Praise & Worship is expressed in the truest biblical sense and practiced according to the examples left for us in scripture by the Holy Spirit. Where all biblical methods of praise are welcomed and encouraged. Psalm 50 quotes "Let all things praise the Lord" Where God's presence is ushered in through passionate heartfelt worship. Psalm 95:6-7 says "Oh come let us worship and bow down. Let us kneel before the Lord our maker for He is our God . And we are the people of His pasture and the sheep of His land.CHILDRENTo become a church that will teach and train up children to walk victoriously in the Lord Jesus Christ. To study their bibles and to have a powerful prayer life. Through the means of Children and establishing a Sunday School Ministry. Jesus said in Matthew 19:13, "Let the children come to me and do not stop them; for of such is the Kingdom of Heaven."FAMILYTo become a church that is made up of a Family. To Love, Support, Strengthen and help in any way possible with love being the motivator. Acts 2:44-47

EXPLANATIONS FOR YOUR EDIFICATION
The Bible, the Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, are the inspired Word of God without error in the original writings, and are the complete revelation of His will for the salvation of men, and the divine and final authority for all Christian faith and life.God - There is one God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect, and eternally existing in three person's : Father, Son and Holy Spirit.Jesus Christ - Jesus Christ is true God and true man, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He died on the cross, the complete and final sacrifice for our sins according to the Scriptures. Further, He arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, where, at the right hand of the Majesty on High, He is now our High Priest and Advocate.The Holy Spirit The ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ and during this age, to convict men of sin, regenerate the believing sinner, indwell, guide, instruct, and empower the believer for godly living and service.Man was created in the image of God but fell into sin and is therefore lost, and only through regeneration by the Holy Spirit can salvation and spiritual life be obtained.Salvation - The shed blood of Jesus Christ and His resurrection provide the only ground for justification and salvation for all who believe, and only such as receive Jesus Christ by faith are born of the Holy Spirit and thus become children of God.The Return of Jesus Christ - The personal, premillenial and imminent return of our Lord Jesus Christ is our hope and has a vital bearing on the personal life and service of the believer.Future Events - There will be a bodily resurrection of all the dead; of the believer to everlasting blessedness and joy with the Lord, and of the unbeliever to judgment and everlasting conscious punishment.The Church - The true Church is composed of all such persons, who through saving faith in Jesus Christ, has been regenerated by Holy Spirit and united together in the body of Christ of which He is the head.Baptism and Communion - Water baptism by immersion soon after accepting Christ as personal Savior, is a testimony of death to sin and resurrection to a new life. The Lords Supper is a memorial service setting forth in sacred and symbolic manner the death of the Lord Jesus Christ; all true believers and only believers should share in it.
How should we worship God?"But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshiper shall worship the Father in Spirit and in Truth for the Father seeks such to worship Him.
